How to design a sound technology strategy for you and your business? How to choose tools that align with your values and mission? And - equally important - how to decide when NOT to use technology? In this session, we'll explore how to use AI as a complement to your own strengths, augmenting our innate creativity and unique problem solving while letting your humanity and personal brand shine.

Patricia is an engineer and philosopher with a decade of experience in technology strategy. She has served multiple data and AI roles at companies such as Microsoft, Databricks, and IBM, partnering with global organizations seeking to build data-centric cultures. She has recently launched her own consultancy, Luar Labs, with a focus on supporting and enhancing Human Agency in the Digital Age. As part of her practice, Patricia combines her extensive technology expertise with philosophical thought, developing tailored data and AI literacy programs for human-centric organizations.
