Over 100 years after Freud and Jung gave the world their seminal ideas about how to analyze dreams, we are still learning the most effective methods for learning how to do dreamwork.

This talk will focus on a few practical methods for exploring the art of dreamwork. How do we develop a dreamwork practice? What are the most important parts of our dreams? What do we do with our dreams? Bring your dreams and your conversation!

One of the most important aspects of the art of dreamwork is being open to what comes to us in our explorations. This means keeping an honest filter on our often over-analytical desire to make perfect sense of our dreams, as if they were machines. Dreams are not machines. Dreams have a narrative structure.
