CAVIAR x SAKE an umami tasting experience

We invite you to a curated, private evening in Erlenbach celebrating two exceptional worlds: premium caviar and fine Japanese sake. Thoughtfully paired to highlight depth, contrast, and harmony, this tasting explores the many layers of umami through a relaxed yet elegant experience.

Set in a private residence, the evening is designed for connection, discovery, and shared appreciation of taste, tradition, and craft.

Evening Flow

• 16:00 – Guest arrival & welcome sake cocktail

• 16:30 – Introduction to the world of caviar & sake

• 17:00 – Guided tasting experience:

  • Caviar “bump” tasting (served on the hand) and on simple bases snacks

  • Flight of 3 premium sake varieties

  • Curated private sale during the event

  • Open conversation, mingling & more tasting

• 18:00 – Event close

Important information: Ticket purchase confirms that all participants meet the legal drinking age requirement.

Tickets are available exclusively through our online pre-sale. No tickets will be sold at the door.
If the event is cancelled by the organizer, all tickets will be fully refunded.
Please note: if you wish to cancel your ticket, refunds must be requested not later than 20 June 2025.
